Reiki is a simple and safe method of natural healing and energy medicine that anyone can use. It can also be a tool for self-improvement.

Reiki is an amazingly simple technique to learn. The ability to use Reiki is not taught in the usual sense. This ability is passed to you during an attunement given by a Reiki Master allowing you to tap into unlimited supplies of life force energy, improving your health and positivity and enhancing the quality of your life. It Is a special and profound experience.

Its use is not dependent on your intellectual capacity or spiritual development, and it is therefore available to anyone and everyone. Reiki has been taught to thousands of people of all ages and backgrounds all over the world.

Reiki is taught in three levels and there is one attunement for each level. The First Degree enables a person to channel the healing energy to oneself and to others working mainly on the physical body. The Second Degree adds strength to the energy and with the use of the Reiki symbols, works on the mental and emotional levels and also enables distant healing. The Third Degree attunes you to the Master/Teacher level and the Master Symbol which enables deep spiritual and soul healing.

Once you have been attuned to the Reiki energy it will remain with you for the rest of your life assisting your healing and supporting you in all that you do and want to achieve.

The course for Reiki I and II are one full day each, consisting of lecture, discussion and 'hands-on'. You will receive a detailed course manual, and on going support can follow.

Courses are held for individuals and groups and can be arranged to suit your diary. We have a regular follow-on support group for sharing, discussion and personal development, for people who wish to further their growth.

Third Degree Reiki

The Third Degree is split into two parts and taught separately. The first part is the Master Practitioner course which is one full day, and stands in it's own 'light'. The second part is the Master Teacher course which is taught over two full days. Course manuals are supplied.

Courses 'three' are for the dedicated healer. It is necessary to have completed Reiki I and II before doing the Reiki III Courses and that you have gained considerable experience. It is not necessary to have taken I & II with Jane.
